Processing Time

Standard orders ship within 3 business days after payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Custom and personalized orders ship within 5 business days after all required details and any requested proof approval are received.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

We offer free standard shipping on sticker orders within the United States. Any additional shipping options or charges will be displayed at checkout.

For delivery outside the United States, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and pricing.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided when available. Carrier transit times may vary due to weather, holidays, or other delays.

If we cannot ship within our stated processing window, we will contact you with a revised shipping date and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund.

Tracking

If your shipping method includes tracking, we will provide the tracking information when your order ships. Some standard sticker shipments may not include tracking.

Shipping Address

Please check your address carefully before completing your purchase. Contact us immediately if it needs to be corrected. Address changes may not be possible after shipping.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange next steps. Additional postage may apply for reshipping.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order does not arrive within its estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged or incorrect, email thetwistedsisterhood26@gmail.com with your order number and photos when relevant. We will help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
