By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Please review product descriptions, sizes, finishes, and care instructions before purchasing. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Holographic finishes change appearance with lighting.

Orders & Payment

Payment is required before an order is processed. Please provide accurate contact, shipping, and personalization information.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the canceled items. If a listing contains a pricing or description error, we will contact you before proceeding with an affected order.

Custom & Personalized Items

Please double-check all submitted names, spelling, and customization details. If we provide a proof, production begins after your approval. Errors made by our shop will be corrected at no additional cost.

Only submit photos or artwork you own or have permission to use. Submitting a photo for an order does not give us permission to use it in advertising.

Changes & Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Changes may not be possible once production begins, and orders cannot be canceled after shipping. This does not affect your rights for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Shipping & Returns
